## Who we are

## What we collect through our quote form

When you request a quote, we collect what you give us:

- your name, phone number and email address
- your vehicle make, model and registration
- insurance details, such as your insurer and claim number, if it is an insurance job
- a description of the damage and any photos you upload

## How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare your quote, carry out repairs, and deal with your insurer when you ask us to. We don’t sell your information or use it for marketing without your permission.

Quote requests are stored by our website host, Netlify, and emailed to us through our email provider, Postmark. Both may store data outside New Zealand. We keep your information only as long as we need it for these purposes or as the law requires.

## Website analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how people use our website, such as which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are, what device they use and how they found us. Google Analytics uses cookies, and the information is collected by Google and doesn’t identify you by name. We also count clicks on our phone number, email and directions links, and successful quote requests, so we know which parts of the site help customers reach us.

## Access and correction
